The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, truly
making our stay memorable. The location was perfect for exploring, just steps away from the waterfront. However, the gym facilities were a bit lacking in maintenance and could benefit from an upgrade.

high-quality rooms, lovely bathrooms, safe parking
The noise from nearby live music is a nuisance. It disrupts relaxation!!! The separate hotel guests using the pool creates a confusing atmosphere of shared spaces!!! Breakfast wait times are excessive, with staff needing to run back and forth!!!

I enjoyed my stay in the spacious luxury suite with a beautiful view of the garden and pool. The daily breakfast was exceptional, especially the cold buffet and breakfast wrap. Although there was some noise from nearby live music and the breakfast service took a while due to off-site orders, the overall experience was lovely and relaxing.

We had a wonderful time exploring Cape Town and loved the charming room with a lovely veranda for our morning coffee! Relaxing at the spa, especially with the soothing massages and the outdoor swimming pool, was a highlight of our stay. There was a bit of noise from live music across the street, but it didn't bother us at all—definitely try their breakfast, it's fantastic! ☕
